of the products you see listed here
are typically in stock and ready to ship. If
for some reason the item you ordered is out
of stock, we would notify you immediately. Orders
usually ship same day if you pay before 4:30PM
eastern time (unless they are a presell item
which are clearly marked).
Some competitors take days to ship (to our amazement,
some even take weeks) the products you ordered.
We, on the other hand, ship your order the same
day or the next business day. After your order
is shipped, your tracking number will be available
by email.
We do not drop ship items like some competitors
do. When you order product, it is shipped out
from our warehouse here in New Jersey/New York.
We stock all of the items that we list for sale.
Returns
Information
We want you to be completely satisfied with
your purchase. If you are not, simply return
the items you don't want in new condition within
15 days
and we will refund your
money or exchange the item subject
to return policy below. Dish antennas
and auction sales are final and can not be returned.
No refunds on system standard installation.

Defective
units
Any defective unit must be returned to manufacturer
you will find links on our homepage for Pansat,
Coolsat, Viewsat (this 3 brands are protected
by a 1 year manufacturer warranty)all others

COD
orders

Shipping
Policy:
Our shipping policies have been created to optimize
value for our customers. We ship most orders
same day by either US Priority Postal Service
or UPS.
Tracking numbers are emailed inmediatly to you
We do our best to get your item delivery to
your door within 2 to 3 bussines days to east
or west cost we also ship priority to Puerto
Rico. International shipments may take longer.
All Express shipments will be given order processing
preference over "Ground Shipping"
also termed as "Best Way" . Tracking
numbers and delivery confirmation numbers will
be sent automatically to the email address that
you provided when you ordered. All orders require
signature. We reserve the right to ship "best
way" on all non-express shipments. We reserve
the right to substitute and interchange equivalent
express shipping methods between carriers. "Best-way"
means that we will ship the packages by way
that we feel is the best way to ship the item
usually based on customer location and weight
of the item. BEST
WAY shipping
is either by USPS
Parcel Post or FEDEX
ground.
Three day FEDEX service may be substituted for
three day USPS service and FEDEX Next Day Service
may be substituted for USPS Express. All shipments
to PO boxes will be shipped via the closest
USPS option. "Shipping Costs" refers
to all expenses involved in the processing of
an order and may not be limited to solely shipping
charges.

Canadian Shipments

USPS Canadian Duties: We try to ship most parcels
to Canada Via USPS Airmail (ADITIONAL SHIPPING
CHARGES APPLY)because of the duties UPS imposes
on Canadian shipments. We will not ship any
item weighing over 20
lbs or having a value exceeding
$50.00
via USPS Airmail because tracking systems are
not reliable by this service. The brokerage
fees by DHL can be found on their webpage. These
fees are merely DHL brokerage fees and do not
include Duties or Taxes which are based on the
origin of the item, end use, and value. We encourage
our customers to research the Brokerage fees,
duties, and taxes that they should expect to
