Defective product will be replaced. Please e-mail us prior to shipping back a defective product for an RMA number.

Costs of shipping back to us are the customer's responsibility and if we find that the product is defective, we will ship the replacement back to you. If the product proves not to be defective, return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

It is recommended that any items shipped back to us for replacement be shipped insured and that you keep a copy of the tracking number.
